Registration for the upcoming EPS Plasma Physics Conference 2026 will open shortly.
Full details on how to register will be published on this page when registrations open. All registrations will close on 21 June 2026.

What is included in your registration fee
Your registration fee covers full access to the conference and includes all refreshments which will be provided in the morning and afternoon breaks. Your fee also includes the welcome drinks reception which will be held on Monday 29 June at the EICC, where you’ll have the choice of a range of street food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Accompanying persons are invited to the Welcome Reception.
To note, access to free water will be provided within the EICC throughout the conference.
What is not included in your registration fee
Lunch is not included as part of the registration fee. This is because Edinburgh has a wide selection of delicious eateries which are all only a short walk from the venue. These range from cafes and coffee shops to traditional Scottish pubs. We’re sure you’ll find somewhere new to eat every day to experience a real taste of Scotland!
The Gala Dinner and other social programme activities are not included in the registration fee. These can be booked and paid for separately during the registration process.
