Posters

We’re very pleased to say that the venue which we’ve selected for the conference, the EICC, has plenty of space for the poster sessions.

Poster boards will be provided and will fit portrait A0 sized posters.

Delegates will be required to print their own posters. For those who do not wish to travel with their posters, we’ve teamed up with a local printing service in Edinburgh who can print your poster for you. To make use of this service, you can upload your print ready 300dpi PDF to exact finished/trimmed size via WeTransfer to Edinburgh@hobs.com. Please call Hobs on +44 131 226 3080 to confirm and pay – please use code EICC10 when placing your order to activate the discount. The price of a colour A0 poster is £38 plus VAT (including the discount). 

To note, the deadline for uploading your poster for printing in Edinburgh is Friday 19 June 2026. 

Members of the Local Organising Committee will collect all posters printed and take to the conference venue (providing they are received by the printers by the deadline of Friday 19 June 2026).
