Wellbeing Area – £3,000
Champion wellbeing at our conference! Sponsor our dedicated wellbeing space – including a quiet room, a breastfeeding room, and a prayer room – and showcase your commitment to inclusivity and care. Welcome Drinks Reception – £4,000
Gain maximum visibility at one of the busiest networking moments of the conference. The welcome drinks reception will be held following the final session on Monday 29 June and will include street food eateries, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink options.
Women in Plasma Lunch (WIPP) – £4,000
Align your brand with diversity and inclusion by sponsoring this dedicated lunch for around 100 attendees. The Women in Plasma Physics lunch will be held on Tuesday 30 June 2026 and is a great opportunity for meeting and networking.
Gala Dinner – £4,000
A premium opportunity to sponsor the highlight of the conference at the stunning National Museum of Scotland. Providing truly a unique venue, it is the UKs most popular museum outside of London, and at night transforms into a spectacular setting.
The menu will include locally sourced food, and every place setting will contain the sponsors logo with a QR code to a web page of their choice.
