Visas and Entry Requirements

If you require a letter of invitation or visa to attend this conference, please email eps2026@ukaea.uk with the following information:

• Full Name (as shown on passport)
• Email Address
• Nationality
• Start & End date of visit
• Financially responsible organisation during visit (usually the delegates employer)

It is recommended that ALL conference delegates check the UK Government website to determine whether they need a visa.

Please ensure you allow sufficient time to get a visa, should you require one.
