What weather can I expect in Edinburgh?

This is an impossible question! Average temperatures range between 19°C (66°F) and 11°C (52°F) in July, however it has been known to reach 31°C (88°F) in the summer months before. Like most of Scotland, Edinburgh has a temperate maritime climate which can be quite windy at times and often experiences all four seasons during one day. You may want to pack a raincoat and umbrella just in case as you will be visiting the UK after all!  We’re sorry we can’t be more help, but you’ll see a weather widget on the home page to help you plan nearer the time.
